Need help with CardStride Studio? Email us directly. For app issues, the built-in support bundle helps us diagnose problems faster.
Reporting an issue
Tell us what went wrong—we will take it from there.
In the app, open Settings & Support → Support to generate a support bundle (application logs and diagnostics) and attach it to your email. Help → Report an Issue is a shortcut to the same screen.
Please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error text or screenshot
- A support bundle if the issue happened inside the app
Do not send passwords or private eBay credentials—CardStride never asks for your eBay password. Support bundles include logs and diagnostics only, not card images or account secrets. If we ask for a backup, you can find backup tools in Settings & Support → Backups.
