From shoebox to sold
Keep eBay listings fresh with price drops you control
Plan controlled markdowns, prep square eBay-ready photos, and export the exact eBay CSVs for creating listings (Action=Add) and price/quantity updates. Basic today is a CSV/manual workflow — you stay in control.
No eBay experience required. No spreadsheet knowledge required.
Beta is currently free while we onboard early users. CardStride Pro (coming soon) adds OAuth connect + API sync + scheduled automation.
Early beta UI preview
Pricing → Photos → CSV exports
A sell-focused workflow for eBay card listings
Three concrete benefits: keep listings fresh, improve thumbnails, and cut the busywork.
Keep listings fresh / price drops you control
If a card hasn't sold in weeks, it's often priced too high. Controlled, gradual drops beat stale listings — and you decide the floor.
- Set a per-item strategy: $ or % steps, interval, and a floor
- Export an eBay File Exchange “Edit Price and Quantity” CSV in a few clicks
- Start with existing inventory via CSV — no process reset required
eBay-optimized photos that don't get cropped
Square output makes better thumbnails and helps avoid eBay cropping cutting off the card.
- Square exports → consistent, professional-looking listings
- Backgrounds: blur, black, white, or custom
- Quick cleanup tools for rotation, straightening, and crop
Faster listing creation + inventory management (assistive automation)
Batch ingest and pairing, assistive cleanup tools, and best-effort OCR suggestions to speed up data entry — you can always override.
- Batch ingest + front/back pairing
- Rotate/deskew/crop assists (best-effort, adjustable)
- Sell-focused library + eBay-ready CSV exports
Already selling on eBay? Start with pricing.
Import your active listings and start managing price drops immediately — without redoing your whole listing process.
- Bring in your existing inventory via CSV, then plan controlled markdowns
- Export eBay “Edit Price and Quantity” updates when you’re ready
- Basic/V1 is CSV/manual import/export (no background API syncing)
Import → Finalize → Sell
Bring in photos or existing listings, prep eBay-ready images, then export the exact eBay CSVs for creating listings (Action=Add) and price/quantity updates.
Import
Batch ingest card scans/photos and pair fronts/backs. Already selling? Import active listings via CSV to start managing pricing right away.
Finalize
Make square, eBay-optimized outputs with background options and assistive rotate/deskew/crop tools. OCR suggestions are best-effort — verify and override anytime.
Sell
Export eBay-ready CSVs: Create Listings (Action=Add) and “Edit Price and Quantity” for markdowns. Upload via eBay File Exchange / Seller Hub. For new listings, eBay requires hosted PictureURLs (Image Base URL) if you want the CSV to include photos — otherwise you can attach/replace photos in the eBay UI.
Basic today: CSV/manual workflows (Create Listings “Action=Add” + “Edit Price and Quantity” updates). For new listings, eBay requires hosted PictureURLs (Image Base URL). Pro (coming soon): OAuth connect + safe queue-based API sync, usage counting, and scheduled automation.
Price drops you control (CSV/manual)
Set per-item rules and generate eBay price update files in a few clicks.
- Set a per-item strategy: $ or % steps, interval, and a floor price
- Export an eBay “Edit Price and Quantity” CSV when you're ready
- Works with existing listings you import via CSV
In Basic, it's manual on purpose: export the update CSV, upload it in eBay File Exchange, and you're done.

Quick answers
Clear expectations for the Basic (CSV/manual) workflow, and what Pro will add later.
Does CardStride Studio upload listings/photos to eBay for me?
Basic: No — Basic is a manual CSV workflow. You upload the CSV, then attach/replace photos in eBay.
Pro: Planned for automation (coming soon), including API sync and automated photo upload.

Do I need to give you my eBay password?
